When you pay via ACH on Garage, payments are processed through our payment processor on your behalf. Some business bank accounts are set up to block ACH debits from unrecognized entities — requiring you to pre-approve a company ID before the transaction can go through.

If your bank is asking for an ACH Company ID, you can provide either of the following:

Both IDs belong to the same payment processor and work identically. Either one will allow your ACH payment to process successfully — you don't need to worry about which one to use.

Your bank may see one or the other ID depending on how our payment processor routes your transaction. Both are valid, and your payment will go through regardless of which ID appears.
