How to navigate an apparatus listing page

Everything you need to know — from vehicle details to taking action on a listing

Updated over 4 months ago

✔️Start with the Basics

Each apparatus listing page shows the core details front and center — including the year, selling price, and location of the vehicle.

Sellers may also include additional specs such as:

  • Vehicle model

  • Dimensions

  • GVW (lbs)

  • Mileage

  • Tank size

  • Pump size

👉 Tip: Sometimes sellers include extra details in the full listing description rather than in the fields above. Make sure to click “Show More” to read the full description before making a decision.

🔍 Browse All Photos Easily

You can click on any image to scroll through photos one by one, or select “View All” to open the full photo gallery. This is a great way to get a closer look at the apparatus from all angles.

Got Questions? Ask the Seller or Book a Virtual Inspection

If you’re unsure about certain details or have follow-up questions:

  • Click “Message Seller” to start a direct chat on your Garage account.

  • Or, if you’d like to do a live walkthrough, click “Schedule Video Call” to set up a virtual inspection with the seller and a Garage team member (who can answer questions about things like freight and payment).

And don’t forget — you can always reach out to [email protected] for help.

👥 Save or Share the Listing

Want to loop in your team or save it for later?

  • Click “Share” (top right) to copy the link and send it to colleagues.

  • Click “Save” to add the listing to your Saved folder so it’s easy to revisit from your Garage dashboard.

💸 Ready to Make an Offer?

If you're interested in buying the vehicle, click “Make an Offer” and enter the price you'd be willing to pay. This will:

  • Open a chat with the seller.

  • Start the negotiation process.

  • Wait for the seller to review and accept your offer.

Explore Value-Added Services

Garage offers several optional tools to support your purchase:

  • Instant Freight Quote: Click this to see the estimated shipping cost if you want Garage to handle delivery.

  • Warranty Calculator: See if the vehicle qualifies for warranty coverage. You’ll see a price range — the lower number is for standard coverage, the higher is for premium.

  • Financing Quote: Submit a quick form to get an instant quote for financing your purchase.

All these tools are designed to give buyers like you confidence and convenience throughout the buying journey.
