Garage is committed to making transactions safe and transparent. Buyer Protection policies differ depending on whether you’re purchasing equipment or vehicles.
Equipment Purchases
Some equipment purchases qualify for Garage Buyer Protection. Contact Garage Customer Care before you buy to confirm eligibility.
If your order doesn’t arrive, has undisclosed damage, or isn’t as described, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Issues must be reported within 3 business days of delivery and before you mark the order as “received.”
All refunds cover the full purchase price, including shipping and taxes.
Not covered: change of mind, cosmetic issues (like odors), accurately described items, or any transactions made outside of Garage.
Vehicle Purchases
All vehicle sales are final and sold as-is. These are pre-owned vehicles, so some wear is normal. We strongly encourage buyers to do their due diligence before committing to a purchase.
Funds & Escrow
Payment for vehicle purchases is held in escrow until the vehicle has been picked up by the buyer. Seller payouts are not released while the vehicle remains in their possession. This protects both parties and ensures the transaction is only completed once the vehicle has been successfully transferred.
Once purchased, the vehicle is the buyer's responsibility.
