🤝 You Accepted an Offer — Here’s What Comes Next
Once you accept an offer on your truck or apparatus, the Garage team steps in to guide both parties through the rest of the transaction. Here’s how the process works, and what’s expected from you as the seller:
✅ Garage Confirms the Sale and Invoices the Buyer
A Garage point of contact will reach out to both you and the buyer to confirm the final sale price.
Once confirmed, we’ll generate and send an invoice to the buyer.
💰 The Buyer Pays — Then You Get Paid
The buyer will pay Garage directly via the invoice.
Once full payment is received, Garage will pay you out for the vehicle.
🚚 The Green Light to Release the Vehicle
After the seller has been paid, Garage will notify you that it’s okay to release the truck.
Please do not release the vehicle until you’ve received confirmation from Garage.
📍 Coordinating Pickup — No Need to Arrange Freight
As the seller, you do not need to coordinate or pay for freight.
Most buyers will either:
Pick up the truck themselves, or
Use Garage’s freight services
Your only responsibility at this stage is to coordinate the pickup timing and location with the buyer.
