Click Message seller on any listing to start a chat. You'll find replies in the Messages tab of your dashboard, and we'll email you when a new one arrives.

Want to see it live? Click Schedule Video Call to request a video tour.
The seller confirms: they'll accept your request or suggest another time, and we'll help if you need to reschedule.
You'll get reminders: by email and text, 1 day and 1 hour before the call.
We'll be there too: someone from our team joins to answer questions about payment and delivery.
Tip: check your camera, microphone and sound before the call starts.
When contact details are shared
To protect both buyers and sellers, we ask that you keep conversations in Garage messages. Contact details are shared later in the purchase, when both parties are ready to coordinate next steps.
